Our philosophy is rooted in research rather than generic sizing tables. The rugged look is the result; the obsessive study of proportions is what gets you there.
The “Dawn” Bootcut: Cut with generous room across the thigh that tapers subtly through the knee before breaking cleanly over boots or sneakers. We design the leg opening to stack naturally without dragging underfoot.
The “Dawn” Canvas Jacket: Built with an anatomical drop shoulder to ensure unrestricted movement while riding or working. Body length is calibrated to sit squarely at the belt line.

Allocation & Small Batches
Wind Burned Studios produces in limited runs to respect natural fibers and hand-assembly timelines. Once a batch allocation closes, pattern corrections and material aging commence before final release.
Pre-orders guarantee your garment from the current roll of selvedge denim and heavy canvas. We do not overproduce.

Shipping & Freight
All garments are packed in unbleached paper wrapping and dispatched via fully insured priority freight with tracked hand-delivery.
European territory transit typically takes 2–4 business days. Transatlantic and Asia-Pacific consignments arrive within 4–6 business days with customs duties prepaid where applicable.
Exchanges & Repairs
Things made with purpose are meant to be worn, repaired, and kept. If a proportion does not fall naturally across your frame, unworn pieces can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt.
We also offer lifetime structural repair on seams and rivets for garments that have taken authentic exposure on the trail.
